Martin & Co. Hull are currently experiencing a shortage of available properties in many areas. We have tenant enquiries for all areas of Hull and East Riding but unfortunately not the properties to match them with. In particular, I have tenants who currently want a 2/3 bedroom house in East to North Hull for around £350pcm, a family looking for a 3+ bedroom house in a rural location near Hull for up to £1000pcm and a couple looking for a small bungalow/ground floor apartment close to the centre of Beverley for less than £550pcm. These people are all able to move within the month and are all responsible tenants.
