I have several rooms available on short term contracts in shared houses on Spring Bank and Beverley Road. They are all Double rooms and include Double Beds. Rates are £55 per week £240 pcm. The rates include all bills and services and many have sinks in the rooms. I would require a guarantor for all applicants under 30 years of age and I only accept working people. A £100 administration charge is also payable.
