Care Home Manager - Dementia
£25,000 + Bonus + generous holidays + training and development + progression
Due to expansion a private care organisation specialising in Elderly Residential care and supported living are currently recruiting for a Care Home Manager for their established home in the Doncaster area.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with dementia. Key tasks will include ensuring the home is run to a high standard with staff exceeding care standards.
The role:
* Raise home occupancy to 100%
*Increasing standards of care
*Getting involved with the day to day care/ activities of residents including regular activities.

*Minimum NVQ 4
*have a recognised (management qualification as defined by CSCI
* Have knowledge of the Care Standards Act.
*Excellent communication skills and passionate about quality.
