Our Private holiday apartment can accommodate up to FOUR people in this large, spacious studio. It is located in the well-established and very popular Royal Palm complex in Los Cristianos.

It is well-maintained throughout and decorated in relaxing, neutral colours.
There are many places to eat and drink in the immediate area as well as the cafes and restaurants, bars and show-bars, all within ten minutes walk.
The area is generally relaxed. The local bars go quiet at a reasonable time (but do stay open), it is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Los Cristianos & 15 minutes by taxi to the noisy night-life of Las Americas.
The apartment can accommodate up to FOUR people, but we do not recommend it as suitable for more than two adults.

Our prices START FROM only £190.00 per week for two people.
Prices are :
£200 per week for Two people for September.
£190 per week for Two people for October to December. (excluding Christmas & New Year)
£300 per week for Two people for Christmas & New Year 2008.
£200 per week for Two people for January 2009.
£190 per week for Two people for February and March.
£200 per week for Two people for April and May.

(The above prices are for a maximum of TWO people staying. We make a nominal weekly charge for each additional guest.)

A Deposit will be required to secure your booking, the balance to be paid six weeks before your arrival. (payment in full if your arrival is in less than 6 weeks)

We will also consider enquiries for long-term rentals.
