Our client specialises in the refurbishment of pre-used modular buildings, varying in size for sale or hire for use as offices, classrooms, hospital wards, clinics or for site accommodation. They can be fitted out for a wide range of permanent and temporary uses. Pre-owned modular buildings are one of the most environmentally friendly methods of construction, and a highly sustainable alternative to new build, with no compromise on quality. 

Due to expansion and a heavy workload, they are looking for a CAD Technician to join their design team. You will either be a talented graduate with a good understanding of UK Building Regulations and CAD or you will have previous experience in working within the modular build industry and be able to contribute this knowledge and experience to the existing team. You will be joining and friendly and service-orientated team and the salary and benefits will be reflective of current market rates.
