I have a last room available in a shared house that was fully renovated about a year ago.

You will be impressed with the house. It has recently been fully renovated to a high standard. All of the walls have been newly plastered, decorated & floors newly carpeted, tiled or laminated so they look clean & modern. All the furniture is new. I can send you photos if you wish. Twice per month I get the common areas professionally cleaned to maintain the high standards.

In addition to what you see there are all of the safety precautions included for your protection. There are full integrated & tested fire alarm systems. Fire doors have been installed where required. There is fire protection between the floors. The electrics have been upgraded to the latest standards and safety checked (including a TV socket in each room) and of course there has been a gas safety check.

The kitchens are fully fitted with a cooker, automatic washing machine, large fridge & large freezer in each. There is a first floor bathroom with shower and wc and a ground floor wc in the Boulevard house and two bathrooms in the house down Spring Bank West including one with a walk in shower & corner bath.

The houses are managed by me & my company. A visit will be made once per week on Sundays to collect the rent (though I prefer payment by standing order) & as necessary should there be any other matters.

The house has a Lithuanian woman, a Latvian woman, a Polish woman and a Bulgarian man. All working. The Bulgarian man has had wireless internet installed & shares it with the other tenants.
