I have several rooms available in houses on Spring Bank. Morpeth Street and Louis Street. All properties are fully furnished and include double beds etc.

I only accept working people or students. No DSS. No Pets.

Room rates are £55 per week including all bills and sevrices and there is also a free telephone line to make free local calls. In addition there is a cleaner for each house included.

I require the first months rent and an admin fee of £100 to move in
