You would need:

Strong MySQL skills.

Excellent coding skills in PHP, HTML, XML and Javascript.

Any experience with REST, ASP/.NET, LAMP configuration, Video Streaming/compression, Photoshop, Illustrator or C++ are also an advantage.

Good understanding of a development workflow in a team environment.

Good communication skills.

Must be able to travel globally.
