This position is initially working at York for a 3/4 month period, and then will be based in the Hull area.

Do you have at least 2 years experience of working in a Help Desk capacity? Have you got good technical desktop support skills? Do you possess excellent communication skills, especially on the telephone? Have you got good first point resolution skills?
