Hi, I am looking for a housemate and have a spacious, bright, single room to let. The room overlooks the rear garden and has a single bed with memory foam mattress, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large bookcase. You would have full use of all facilities in the house, including bath/shower, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. The rent includes all bills, within reason, along with council tax, local telephone calls, wireless internet and Sky Plus multi room.

The house is located in a quiet area just off Holderness Road which is excellent for shopping, bars, restaurants, takeaways and banks. It is also close to the city centre with buses passing every couple of minutes to all the main destinations. It is also easily accessible for contractors working at Saltend and Easington. Attached to the house are front and rear gardens, the rear being a fairly large secluded, south facing garden with brick barbecue. Parking space is available outside the house.

Ideally, I am looking for a professional person or mature student, must be clean and tidy, sorry no DHSS. As for me, I am sociable with a good sense of humour and get on well with most people, and all ages. I love travelling and football (I follow England so combine the two and get to go to some really interesting places). I have two adorable cats so you must be able to accept them as part of the package.
