As an employee of this company you will be a valued member of their growing customer service team and will be highly trained to offer a number of solutions to customers needs.

Within this role you will be:

·Handling inbound calls to update customer accounts
·Identifying potential complaints or problems in order resolve these efficiently for customers
·Ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is maintained at all times
·Adhering to call monitoring and company regulations
·Training and coaching new CSR's once fully established in the role


The key skills needed to apply for this role are:

·Excellent communication skills
·Experience of dealing with customers enquiries and complaints
·Previous contact centre or telephone based experience
·Good level of IT Skills
·An enthusiastic attitude to work
