Care Co-ordinator, Home Care/Domiciliary Care - Office Based

As a Care Co-ordinator you will enjoy working for a successful and well established Home Care Branch who prides itself on its excellent reputation. You will be responsbile for assigning care staff to care tasks to ensure that all tasks on each service users personal service plan are allocated to a Care & Support Worker.

You will have full responsibility of the allocation of Care & Support workers to ensure a high quality service that meets the needs of the service users.
Responsible daily for allocating care visits up to 5pm the following day (on Friday this must be until 5pm the following Monday) before passing over to the on Call Team. To also be a supervisor for the Care & Support Workers taking part in regular team meetings, supervisions and annual development reviews.

Experience, Qualfications and Skills.

Excellent communication skills
Computer Skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily and weekly deadlines
Excellent telephone manner
Experience in Care Provision in either a Care Home or Community Setting
