We are a student-run organisation working with charities around the country.

We have taken students from all around the country, all around the world, and raised £1,000,000 for charity in the last two years. We've essentially run this out of our bedrooms. Now we are looking to get serious and raise £10,000,000 in the next two years (and we also now have a nice office with bean bags too.)

Up mountains, across oceans, round marathons- we've built schools in Africa and brought clean water to villages in India. All this has been done by students in their spare time.

We are looking for dedicated young people- preferably University students- to promote what we offer on your campus and in your area. Setting up facebook groups, talking to your friends, getting people excited about making a difference, taking on a challenge, having fun, taking the plunge and being a little bit different.

These are the qualities we are looking for:
-Love of adventure
-A load of friends/well connected at your Uni/College
-Reasonably organised :)
-Enthusiastic
-Not afraid of a bit of hard work
-A desire to make the world a better place
-not a complete moron

Caring about charities and experience of running an event (ball/club night/gig/prom/yearbook/bar crawl) is an advantage, but don't worry if not, we can teach you everything you need to know over dinner and a drink (we're relaxed about our training environment too).

-Subject studied
-online aptitude tests
-Driver's license
-predicted degree class


What you'll be doing:
-Helping us recruit your mates onto once in a lifetime experiences & challenges- Climbing Kilimanjaro, Everest base camp, three peaks challenge, Great wall of China, building schools in Africa, exploring around the world.
-Leading them out to wherever they are going, for free.
-We'll even pay you (we can't promise we'll make you rich in anything but experiences, but we'll do our best to at least take care of a few nights out throughout the year!)

Don't worry if this looks a bit daunting or you don't think you could run a trip- we have a volunteer staff who have decades of experience between them to lead you through all the way. Your main role will be creating a buzz about the trip on your campus, through facebook etc. Then our team will handle as much or as little of the rest as you want us to.

It's completely part time- being students and recent graduates ourselves, we know how much time and work you need to put into your degree (take that whichever way you want!), although we may ask you to spend up to a month in an exotic foreign country over the holidays (we are horrid like that). We're looking at an average of 3 hours a week starting from freshers in llate September, though it can vary from 0 to 10, depending on the time of year- revision and exams is your time though, we won't ask you to do anything then.

Is this the perfect job? Well, we like to think so- that's why we did it for free before it became our living ;)
