Customer Service Adminisrator
Our client, a leading lending organisation is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to start on a Full Time basis in their office in Hessle. Our client offers lending facilities to customers that may be unable to borrow from the highstreet banks and are well established in their marketplace. You will be liaising with internal and external customers providing information on loan offers, interest rates, further documentation required and information packs. You will ensure that all quality standards are met and that you comply with all business service level agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
·Managing up to date customer accounts on an ongoing basis
·Identifying potential issues/problems in order to implement the best solution
·Ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is maintained for both internal and external customers.
·Adhering to call monitoring and company regulations
·Training and coaching new CSR's once fully established in the role
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
·Excellent communication skills
·IT literacy
·Customer focused attitude
·Ability to work under pressure using own initiative
·Previous contact centre experience
