I have a very large furnished room in a modern student house near to the university in an area with many other students. The house is sharing with one other female second year student. This is ideally suited to someone wishing to concentrate on their studies whilst having a great time at uni! The house has a living room, dining room, modern fitted kitchen and a large bathroom. This in exclusive of bills but this are very little between 2 people (the landlords recommend to allow £10 per person per week for this but it shouldnt come to it).
