Interim Company Secretary, Grimsby
This large company based in Grimsby are currently looking to recruit an interim company accountant. Part of the management team you will report directly to the team manager. You must have general management experience at a senior level.
First point of contact and co-ordinator of legal advice and guidance on company matters.
Provision of Secretarial facilities to the Executive Committee Meetings and Board Meetings.
Collation of annual operating/revenue budgets and review of financial reports with the Terminal Manager.
Employees are required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required and which they are judged to be competent to perform.
Co-ordinate budgetary and financial cost matters with Finance Department.
Perform all statutory and regulatory duties associated with Limited Company status.
Organise and control insurance and legal matters.
Ensure suitability and availability of telephone system.
