Managing our 3 bar and catering units at Humberside Airport you'll enjoy full autonomy in your role and will revel in the fresh challenges and exciting prospects every day brings. This is as close as you can get to running your own business while still operating within a global brand, as you will be responsible for every aspect affecting the P&L, whilst upholding the outstanding levels of customer service and operational standards for which SSP is internationally renowned.

Required Experience

Join us as a Unit Manager and you'll not only be operating 3 units of highly successful brands, but will also be part of a bigger SSP management team operating other successful brands, within the same region.

With your previous management experience in retail catering, you'll know success in this industry is all about customer service and here it is no different. You will spend the majority of your time giving the very best customer service and inspiring others to do the same. As an inspirational manager already, you'll be able to demonstrate experience of successfully motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service and operational results, whilst having the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in one of the most fast paced environments around.

Due to our units selling alcohol, you must be able to obtain a personal license and be aged 18 or over.
