We are seeking to recruit a Director of Corporate Services to provide leadership in developing our organisational capacity and capability to meet future challenges through excellence in financial management and people management.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate: -

Excellent academic background including a formal accountancy qualification
Strong leadership by setting a personal example in confidently dealing with change
Broad financial management experience including expertise in developing and implementing financial plans
An ability to identify and implement efficiency savings
An ability to rigorously operate a performance management framework to maintain and improve performance
Understanding of the development and implementation of Human Resource Strategy
An ability to build effective relationships with staff and partners to enhance service delivery
Evidence of collaborative working, internally and externally, in order to maximise income and minimise risk to the organisation.
Strong staff management experience, ideally managing multi-disciplinary teams.
A commitment to equality and diversity and working with all sectors of the community
Excellence in communication with a range of audiences
