Reporting to the CFO, your role will be to manage a small finance team and take responsibility for :

Staff management
Preparation of board papers
All statutory group reporting
Accounting for acquisitions and disposals
Audits & budgets
Group consolidations
Flash results

You will be a professionally qualified accountant with solid technical accounting skills with a pro-active attitude and the ability to drive forward change. You will also be a strong communicator and take an active role in dealing with any acquisitions in progress as well as manage the day to day accounting activities.
