I'm starting the Clinical Psychology course at Hull Uni in Sept 2008 and I'm looking for somewhere nice and clean to live.

I'm female, 23, friendly, sociable and considerate...

The room needs to have a desk and there must be car parking space close. Within walking distance to the University would also be great. Would prefer to share with postgraduates/young professionals or mature students.
