THE ROLE
This is a key role within a very important unit for the company. You will be working closely with the general manger to maintain and improve the food quality within the restaurant.
You duties will be to oversee everything from a back of house point of view.

THE PERSON
We are looking for somebody with a solid kitchen background; you must have experience of budgets, targets, staff management, and have excellent knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
You will be able to motivate your team, train new team members and create a productive working environment. We also insist that you put passion and pride into the food you produce in your kitchen.
