Website Builder wanted for joint venture

I am looking for a website builder with entrepreneurial flare to design and maintain a totally new an innovative internet opportunity.

I would like to set the project up under normal business operating systems and retain full ownership but getting any bank to see a radical new venture such as this was difficult when times were good and virtually impossible in the current climate.

As a result I am looking for web joint venture partner.

A gamble I know but one with essentially little to lose but a lot to gain.

For obvious reasons I cannot divulge the whole of my web based project at this point.

However, the following may whet your appetite a little more.

I would prefer responses from existing web businesses (large or small) that possess or can unitise the latest web and communication technology to assist in the development, design and operation of an innovative and unique interactive website concept. However, if you feel as an individual or group that you would like to be considered then feel free to contact me.

The concept I have developed is totally unique with extremely large potential for earning directly from the site and does not require a physical distribution processes or logistics as all transactions will be downloadable in nature by mobile phone and PC.

I feel that such a brief overview as this may be misinterpreted so I would like to point out that it has nothing to do with the selling of software, Ebooks, illegal music downloads or any such bogus product nor telemarketing or direct selling of any kind.

The site will need to be extremely interactive across a wide range of media formats, extensive in nature and contain unique imaginative imagery, artwork, video and animation sequences produced by the group.

To this end I have already assembled a small team of personnel with artistic and animation capabilities and above all imagination.

I am therefore seeking a partnership/joint venture/shared profits with a suitable business or group who can provide the required web, media material and support in return for a share of the business.

I am confident that the concept that I have developed has potential to generate substantial income and long term prospects for those bold enough to become involved.

I have already secured a range of Domain names for the project and to cover possible ‘copy cat’ intrusion after launch.

I possess a more detailed breakdown of the project and earning potential but these will only be discussed with individuals who I deem to possess the required skills, interest and drive the project requires (subject to a confidentiality agreement being signed).

In short if you posses ability and flare and can demonstrate that you can take an initial concept and make it fly then please respond to this listing.

Although I am restricted to the detail I wish to disclose at this point I can state that the project will encompass mobile phones and PC’s in a big way and the main target audience for the project is teens to early 30’s with spin offs for most if not all other age ranges.

Sadly I am no longer in the age range I quote but would like most of those involved in the project to be as I believe this would be an important ingredient.
