Customer Service Officer Scunthorpe
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's leading direct banks.
They are looking for an ambitious, capable and motivated individual to join the team in their Scunthorpe Branch as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Description
- Develop relationships and build rapport with customers
- Refer customers to the Mortgage and Financial Advisers
- Carry out cash transactions at the tills
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working within a target orientated environment
- GCSE Maths and English at C or above
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
