This challenging yet caring school on the East Coast are looking for a forward thinking and creative biology teacher to fill 2 terms to cover a maternity leave.
Key tasks would be as follows:
* Ensuring that the curriculum is developed in order to meet the needs of students at both KS3 and KS4.
* Monitoring work, lesson observation and target setting
* Ensuring that the school's behaviour management procedures are being used in a correct and effective manner
*Commitment to learning and development of pupils
*Excellent subject knowledge
*Strong behaviour management skills

Essential skills must include:
* PGCE/Cert Ed
* Must be eligible to work within the UK
* Excellent classroom control
* Commitment to learning & Development of pupils
* Must be able to provide us with recent, relevant references
* Some knowledge of Interactive Whiteboard and ICT would be useful but not essential
