Job Description

Responsible for a team of four front office staff, this could be a great chance to step up your career from a supervisor into a managerial role. You will report directly to the hotel G.M and ensure that your team is organised, efficient and provide the professional face of the hotel.

Required Experience

Hotel front office experience is essential for this role, as is a strong track record at supervisory level. You will be hands-on in your approach and preferably have experience in operating the Opera front office system. You will be customer focused and display an attentive and helpful attitude at all times.

Salary

The starting salary for this role is between £15000 and £16000 and will include great corporate benefits.
