Cinema-going social group

We are a friendly, informal social group/network. I send out an invitation twice a month, via Yahoo!Group, to meet as a group and have a drink then see a film in the centre of Hull. We are a good mix of ages and we welcome anyone. There is no membership/payment or any expectations and you can come just to say hello and have a drink if the film does not appeal.

We see a 'mainstream' film at a Hull centre cinema, on the third Tuesday of the month. Then, at some point I will also organise a visit to Hull Screen, the arthouse cinema. This could be at any time.

All members are very welcome to make requests for films for us to see, no matter how long they have been in the group. The board can also be used to make your own invites, to voice opinions about the group or just to communicate with the rest of us. Otherwise, when you've joined, just sit back and I will send you any information that you will need! The home page is:
