I have a shared house on Princes Road near to Newland Avenue that is being renovated and due to be finished on 4th October with single rooms available.

This area is ideal for the university and on main bus routes for the town centre. It is also near to all of the shops and facilities you may need.

The rent for a room is £60 per week and this includes gas, electric, water, council tax & internet.

All tenancies will be secured by an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.

You will be impressed with the house. It has recently been fully renovated to a high standard. All of the walls have been newly plastered &/or decorated & floors newly carpeted, tiled or laminated so they look clean & modern. They are fully furnished. I can send you photos if you wish. It is centrally heated & double glazed.

In addition to what you see there are all of the safety precautions included for your protection. There is a fully integrated & tested fire alarm system. Fire doors have been installed where required. There is fire protection between the floors. The electrics have been safety checked and of course there has been a gas safety check.

The kitchens are fully fitted with a cooker, automatic washing machine, a fridge/freezer with a shelf for each tenant as well as a food cupboard for each tenant. There is a bathroom with bath/shower.

The house is managed by me & my company. A visit will be made once per week on Sundays to collect the rent (though I prefer payment by standing order) & as necessary should there be any other matters.

The house is currently unoccupied & has 4 rooms available.
