We have one ensuite room to let in Hull, situated 15minutes walk from the university. Currently living in the house is one graduate and one final year student. We are looking for a friendly, clean, outgoing female, preferably non-smoker to move in asap. The house is only 2 years old and is fully furnished. Rent is £60 p/week, which includes all bills (inc. water, gas, electricity), off road parking, Wireless internet.

We are two females, easy to live with, very sociable and also tidy. Let us know if you're interested in our room!
