Our client is a family run gastro inn with bedrooms in Worcestershire looking for a Sous Chef. Strong emphasis is placed on organic and locally produced ingredients using traditional, seasonal recipes with imaginative flair and wholesome flavour. They also pride themselves on making their own preserves, breads, black pudding and raised pies.
Previous experience from a similar background is essential. Live in accommodation is available and the salarly is of £18,000 per annum + tips!
