Service Advisor required for a Commercial Dealer based in Hull area.

Salary: £17,000 to £18,000 + Bonus + Benefits + EXC OTE
Location: Hull

This successful and well established commercial dealership requires an experienced Service Advisor with at least 1 years main dealer experience either working for passenger or commercial outlet to work within their busy but friendly Service Department.

This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service at all times. You will also be liaising with corporate customers; advising on progress, seeking authority to carry out further repair, taking payments and dealing with complaints. Knowledge of Kerridge or a similar package is essential

Further duties will include opening and closing job cards, booking in vehicles, raising cash invoices and arranging collection / deliveries for customers.
