Qualified Social Worker, Adults, Hull: Elderly, Care Management

Hays Social Care have immediate vacancies for Adults Qualified Social Worker jobs in Hull, East Yorkshire.

This Elderly Social Work team in Hull is looking for Qualified Social Workers to work with Older People. You will work closely within this Care Management team, managing a full case-load, ensuring that you work alongside current legislation.

You will have a proven ability or working within an Adults Care Management team and you will be knowledgeable in current legislation and be able to hit the ground running.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

-GSCC registration
-Enhanced CRB for which you will incur no cost
-Proven ability of Children and Families Social Work
-2 years referencing
