We are two single males looking to rent a two or more bedroomed property.

We're both clean, reliable, and well behaved. We're also quiet and respectful towards other people.

At the moment we are both looking for work, so we're both in receipt of housing benefits. I also have a very well behaved dog, who is clean and never left unsupervised.

As we are DSS (LHA) applicants we would prefer if no bond was required but, in fairness we are happy to rent a property as a houseshare as we will occupy two bedrooms of a property. We are entitled to £75 per week (each) housing benefits, so obviously we could pay a monthly rent in excess of £500 easily.

Any location would be considered.
