Cdp or Sous Chef live in available
Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or a really good CDP for its Brasserie and bar situated in the New Forest.
You will have 2yrs + experience and ideally some experience of pastry.
Or maybe you are a strong CDP looking for that next move up?
Main Responsibilities:
• Cooking for lunch and dinner
• Stock Control
• Temperature control
• Input invoices
• Quality control
• Maintain standards
• Consistency
• Opening and closing kitchen
• Ordering
Additional Responsibilities:
• Working in Main Kitchen
• Menu development and costing
NVQ Level 1 and 2 Basic Food Hygiene
shifts are 10 – 2, 6-11 x 5 shifts per week
Salary is £17 - £18,000 with live in available if required.
