An opportunity has arisen within the Freedom Centre for a Finance Manager to join the Senior Management team to help drive the business forward; this is a pivotal role within a truly exciting new enterprise

The post holder will be responsible for:

Complete financial management of trading company and the parent charity.

Completion of annual budget setting process.

Provision of revenue budget monitoring information to the Village Centre Manager, and the compilation of corporate monitoring

Ensures adherence to the Company's Financial Regulations and strategic planning and policy making processes to ensure the effective use of resources and attainment of strategic objectives.

Develop further revenue streams and business ventures.

Provision of broad, financial leadership and strategic advice to the Board and the Resident Directors.

In order to be considered for this post we are encouraging applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the following:

Proven experience of working within a hands on finance role as part of a senior management team.
Strong financial and management accounting experience.
Financial process improvement/implementation.
Excellent communication skills - developing internal & external relationships.
Accountancy qualification highly desirable but not essential.
