My partner and myself are looking for somewhere to live, ideally in a good area for the university as I will be a mature student in September
(my partner works full time, and I also have a part time job). However, we are either looking for a ground floor 2 or more bedroomed flat, or a house with two reception rooms downstairs (we need an extra room downstairs that is separate from the living room, or a larger dining kitchen/dining room to kitchen would be fine so that could be used as a living room instead). We are having difficulties with our requirements being so specific, and through lounges being popular nowadays.

Unfurnished is fine, and with a rent of no more than £450 pcm.
