Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
The main purpose of the role is to operate, maintain and manage efficiently with the minimum of supervision new and existing building services to specified standards as determined by the company. To manage PPM, Day works, Stat compliance and Call-outs as appropriate.
To be able to perform maintenance, repair, de-commissioning and re-commissioning of systems and equipment within the scope of their specific disciplines, with the minimum of supervision.
The candidate shall participate in the functions and activities of the regional team as required ensuring that all equipment within their control is correctly maintained and repaired, maximising plant efficiency on operation and the safety of all other personnel at all times

·16th Edition Electrical Certificate
·Strong customer care focus.
·Maintain and repair in total compliance with job specifications.
·Liaise and co-operate with sub contractors and other visiting service disciplines.
·Be pro active and capable of anticipating potential faults.
·Self motivating due to being mobile but also a strong team player.
·Formal training in electrical is required.
·The role requires an individual to be quite resourceful and be able to put their hand to almost anything (Building services).
·Recognised City & Guilds, ONC or NVQ certificate in Electrical/Mechanical practical and theory Building Services industry including diagnostic and testing/inspection certificates.
·Minimum 5 years experience in the Building Services or Maintenance industry as a recognised trade Technician.
