In January i will possibly have to move out of my property as my landlord is thinking of selling. I would like to find somewhere for me and my house mates to move in to asap, our tenancy is in theory up on the 29th of December...but moving around then would be awful, so am probably looking to move mid January.

we want to be on newland ave, preferably cottingham road end, but we will consider other options.
