Job Description
This property has a very healthy turnover with the majority of its business coming from their Leisure guests. The property is set in acres of Woodland and encompasses leisure and spa facilities, great restaurants, relaxing lounge area, over 150 bedrooms and many conference rooms. Within the role of C and B Assistant Manager you will be required to report directly to the C and B Manager and work with an extremely capable and stable team.

Required Experience
Experience in a quality hotel or restaurant background is preferable Candidates from conference centres or banqueting establishments ideal Large volume conference and banqueting experience Supervisory experience essential Perfect presentation and standards Passion for quality and great service Flair and drive

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £16000 and also has the added benefit of up to £1000 team bonus. All the usual group hotel benefits will also apply to this role.
