My client is a multidisciplinary practice of architects, engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors and all disciplines relating to building design and construction. They serve industrial, commercial and domestic clients throughout the UK from their offices in East and North Yorkshire.
Their wealth of experience over a number of key sectors allows them to provide an exceptional level of service to their clients, many of whom are market leaders in their respective fields. Some areas in which they are active include:
Healthcare
Particular experience in healthcare (both NHS and private), including cardiac units, secure mental health facilities, residential care for the elderly and those with a range of physical and mental disabilities.
Industrial
A number of industrial sectors, most notably milling, where they work closely with many of the largest millers in the UK.
Education
A number of schools and colleges, providing expert advice and guidance in renovating, updating and expanding their student facilities.

They are now looking for senior architectural staff, either Architects or Senior Architectural Technicians with the ability to run their own projects and possibly lead a team of technicians. With some large projects being confirmed, previous experience within their core sectors would be ideal, specifically industrial and healthcare, values £100k to £15m. You will have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning applications and will be aiming to proceed your career within the practice.
