To ensure that employment targets are achieved by effective assessment of individuals and proactive matching to employer vacancies. Liaising internally with both an Employment Consultant and Employers regarding vacancies. You will also have excellent client assessment and matching skills and the enthusiasm and motivation to succeed.
Must have experience in this area, own transport is preferable.
Main Duties
To assess individual skills, experience and abilities through analysis of personal files and skills assessment during face to face interview
To proactively match individuals to vacancies
Support clients with advice and guidance
Liaise with employers regarding vacancies
Maintain bespoke database with relevant information
