Call Handling Administrator the role is classed a a Junior Role and would suit either a school or college leaver who has some IT knowledge.
The main purpose of the role will be handling the calls coming in and allocating them to the appropriate engineer to resolve.
The call logging system is called Magic and training would be provided.
The ideal candidate would need to reside within the Lincoln area (they will be based at our clients site in Lincoln) and have good geographical knowledge of the Lincoln area.
This would be on a initial 3 month contract.To start a.s.a.p.Hours would be 9.00am to 5.00pm (8 hour day - 1 hour for lunch)
