I'm renting out 2 rooms - need 2 female students to live down Inglemire Lane (newer houses) with myself (going into 3rd yr) and another younger student. Rent is £250 a month for the large room and £200 for the smaller, this includes internet, gas, elec, tv licence, etc. This house is only 5 yrs old, so is a lot nicer than some of the student houses around There is offstreet parkin in the close, I have a drive and a big garage, there is washing machine, dish washer, etc fully furnished double bedrooms with double beds and matresses. Big bathroom with bath and shower shared by 3 on the top floor, and a toilet downstairs. If you can think of any more questions just ask! We like to go out on a night but are also very respectful of people's privacy (know when to shut up!) Looking for someone nice and outgoing.
