CHEF DE PARTIE....HULL... 16K....with live in .2 ROSETTE HOTEL/ RESTAURANT HULL...CHEF DE PARTIE....A confident experienced Chef De Partie is required for this 50 roomed Quality Hotel to work within a team of 15 chefs producing high standard fine dine food, ranging from their well renowned 2 Rosette Restaurant, popular Brasserie to banqueting & conference facilities. Demonstrating a mature attitude towards dining through the imagination and creativity applied.
JOB DESCRIPTION A competent Chef De Partie is needed to maintain and develop the high standards of operation, working in a dynamic and professional team of 7-8 chefs, help develop a strong kitchen brigade, assist in the organisation and presentation of the foods and to supervise, manage your own section. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare foods to a high standard, be hardworking and will have good communication skills. 5 out of 7 days. Straight/split shifts, excellent hours.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Catering qualifications and training within the industry are required and previous experience within a similar position is essential. Backgrounds in fine dine/ rosettes and banquets would benefit. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
