Im looking for a housemate to take the other room in the flat im renting.Its a really nice place and the rent is very reasonable!

Gas central heating,double glazing,fridge-freezer,washing machine etc.

It was recently refurbished so its all very new.I viewed about 10 houses and it was the nicest place I saw by far!

Im hoping to find someone friendly that is up for a drink or movie during the week as well as just being a housemate. I'd like it to be a sociable environment rather than just two people existing separately in the same flat. Im friendly,tidy,laid-back with good sense of humour.

It's really close to several supermarkets,bars and restaurants and its a very safe area.

The rent is not inclusive of bills but it's good anyway! :-)
