exchange wanted, i am looking to exchange my two bedroomed semi detached house on noddle hill way for a three bedroomed house on either swinderby garth, yatesbury garth, innsworth garth, hucknall garth or sheldon close.
as i said my house is a big 2 it has a good sized back garden with side area, biggish front garden half of it paved, the house has a big built in shed. in the house it has lots of storage space. the kitchen is brilliant size!
the street is pretty quiet and the neighbours are great.
bus stops at the end of the street and is close to local shops, primary school & wawne ferry and swallow pubs.
i need a bigger house as i have two young children and need to be near their nursery as my three year old cannot walk very far due to health problems.
