The available second floor bedroom has a double bed. The rent is £50 per week. These rental figures exclude the bills (telephone / internet, electricity, gas, water, and council tax – if liable), which are shared between the occupants.

The remainder of the accommodation comprises a shared bathroom with shower, lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is gas central heating, burglar and fire / smoke alarms. There is a small back garden.

It is well furnished. The carpets were all new last summer. The decorations are recent. The house is registered with ‘The Scheme’ at the University. I have numerous additional photographs that I could forward to you.

It would suit young professionals or university students. The other two bedrooms are presently let to doctors. This is a no smoking house. No pets are permitted.
