Invitation to go on Radio Humberside

Hello,

I'm Cate Allison and I run a cinema-going social group in Hull (see ads on this site). As from now I will be on Radio Humberside once a month, talking about films that are out at the moment. Two other people will come on the show with me each time. This was originally going to be people who've come to a few cinema group meets, and these people will still get priority, but now I'm opening it up to anyone who would like to do this.

It's really good fun and a great experience, perhaps especially if you are interested in media? We go to the studio in the BBC Open Centre and have a chat with Lara King on air for 10 mins, it's like a little review slot but we are meant to represent the average cinemagoer :o)

All you would need to do is see at least two of the films we decide on between us, so you will be able to comment on them. I'd ask that you come to one of them with us, so we can meet you and you meet us.

Also you need to be available for half an hour on a Thursday, late morning, to do the radio slot.

When we've met you and if you're happy with everything, I'll put you on a list of people who'd like to be called on.
