Housing Manager required to work at housing complex for the blind.

We are looking to recruit a Housing Manager to work at our complex for the visually impaired in Hull.

The main responsibility is to effectively and professionally manage the development in an efficient manner, while providing a safe, secure and well maintained environment to residents. You will be responsible for assessing the individual well being of the residents and reporting any emergencies, health, safety and maintenance checks as well as keeping daily records and interacting with and delegating staff in order to meet the needs of the development.

You will have previous experience working with vulnerable adults and have good admin and organisation skills. You will be a confident individual who can make effective decisions and communicate well with others. A full CRB check will also be required.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 1.00am – 5.00pm (20 hours per week) and the starting rate of pay will be £7.00 an hour. After a probationary period your hours will rise and you will put on an annual salary.
