The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 years experience within the construction industry ideally within the decent homes sector but this is not essential. The candidate will be dealing with the full range of Quantity Surveying duties on decent homes and planned work sites from procurement and valuation through to final accounts and billing. The candidate needs to be of an independent nature and have experience of either working unassisted or with little assistance but still with the ability to work within a team environment. Flexibility is also key as the candidate will be expected to work on different areas of the companies main work.
