Recently refurbished apartment with new kitchen.GCH,DG.

Its a 2-bed flat (I have one room) and im basically looking to find someone (for the other room) I can get on with and maybe be friends with.I only just moved to Hull so I dont know anyone here...Preferably someone who is tidy and laid-back.Someone who is up for a few drinks at the weekend...

Anyway,its a really nice flat and the landlord is a cool guy so its well worth taking a look.

The rent is not inclusive of bills.
